The restaurant’s name has it roots in the Huapango, a lively dance popular in many Latin American countries.

Wapango’s menu explores the cooking styles of Mexico, Cuba, Central and South America, with dishes that reflect a creative fusion of the region’s influences.

Appetizers such as guacamole made fresh when you order it, Colombian corn cakes known as Arepas, Latin shrimp cocktail and crispy yuca fries set the stage for entrees such as Carne Asada, Grilled Salmon, Chicken Adobo, and Red Corn Chicken Enchiladas. An interesting selection of homemade soups, fresh salads and sandwiches such as the Cubano help make it easy for everyone to find something they instantly love.
